There are certain aspects of Yoga that I love in my personal practice, but I don't bring in to the studio. I feel like my 'place' as an instructor is that delicate limbo between our Western philosophies and our Eastern roots. I try to keep class as physical as possible for those that are new to Yoga. But sooo damn proud when they graduate to an instructor that who teaches a more 'eastern' yoga class. I'd love to teach this style too, but feel that my place is in the 'Pergatory' of Yoga.
