please convince me to go to hot ytt bc i love it but im afraid ill laugh and nasty people sweating or farting ! gosh where am i goin with this? should i do it or stick to

Hiya! just found you…. seriously funny.
I took hot yoga for a while and LOVED it – but yes, nearly threw up in class (made it to the bathroom in time )

I found reading this blog kind of like looking at a car accident on the side of the road. It doesn’t look good – but for some reason I can’t stop myself from looking. Seriously – I have a morbid curiosity about trying hot yoga and this blog has peaked my interest even more (as scary as it sounds). I’m off to try to find a hot yoga class in the Cleveland area.

Thanks for the laugh!! I love, love, love hot yoga!! But am the odd-ball that wears yoga pants and tank plus a shirt over it, even in the Bikram classes… no malfunctions or odd angles for me, unless my spandex gives out on me.
I had a yogini in one of my classes that farted like a champ… we tried to ignore it until she said quite loudly ‘yup, guess the Yoga is working’ this gave permission for all of us to laugh equally as loud. :0)
