Yoga and Detox Workshop

The word ”detox“ has become a hot marketing buzzword recently, but what does it really mean? What exactly are these so-called toxins? Do I need to detox? What is safe? And how does yoga fit in?
Yoga supports our body’s natural ability to eliminate the harmful stuff we are exposed to on a daily basis (chemicals, pollution, etc). By easing symptoms of stress and increasing circulation throughout all of our body’s systems we can experience vibrant health, less pain, and more resistance to illness. Yoga also offers tools for sustaining new healthy habits, addresses the subtle/energetic body, provides supportive community, and all at whatever pace and level you need in your life right now.
Join Lindsay on January 18th to learn about detox and well being from a yoga perspective as well as gain tools to help you live a healthy, vibrant life.
