The warmer months have the tendency to bring out our creative nature and the active, social animal within us all. However, it is easy to get carried away by the all of the activity and as a result feel fatigued. A yoga detox practice is the perfect opportunity to recharge and replenish your energy so that you can fully enjoy this beautiful, bountiful time of year.
This 2 hour class will cleanse and nourish the body from the inside out. We will practice yoga poses and techniques that stimulate the circulatory, digestive and lymphatic systems to aid in the removal of toxins. The room will be heated to promote sweating. Hydration, nutrition, and herbal support for detoxification will be discussed. Also included is guided meditation and pranayama breathing for mental and energetic detoxification.
