*CLASS CANCELLATION* Change is in the air and as such I find my schedule shifting dramatically. I will no longer be teaching at Anytime Fitness beginning in May 2012. It has been a pleasure sharing yoga and making new friends. Anytime Fitness is the first place I taught a group yoga class so I have a lot of love for those folks.

*NEW CLASS SERIES* Beginning April 23, 2012 I am offering my Back Care Yoga as a 6 week series at The Sacred Embodiment Center in downtown Asheville. Just $7 to drop in. open to any and all who desire a little self-care.

*CLASS CANCELATION* Hot Flow at West Asheville Yoga will end April 25th, 2012. It has been an honor and a pleasure serving the students of West Asheville Yoga for the time I was there. I feel as though I have grown a lot in that time. I offer my humble thanks to owner, Cat Matlock, for the opportunity to teach yoga at her wonderful studio. Here's to the new road ahead!
